Step 1: Please Inform Us
If there is a problem with your order, let us know right away (within 2 working days) by calling us at 281-474-1313 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach your order number.
Step 2: Correcting the Problem
If it was our mistake we will remake your order and ship out at no charge. Usually this is handled within our normal production time. If it was a mistake on your part, we will let you know if we can offer any compensation or remake.
Damage from Shipping
Signquick uses UPS for all of our shipping. If your package is damaged we will reprint and send out your order within our standard production time.
Return & Refund
Since all of our products are custom made we do not offer any refunds unless there was an error on our part.
